These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern participation in two separate contests (collectively, the “Promotions”) hosted by Gig Game Corp (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

A. The $1,000 Challenge
- Promotion Period: Begins at 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2025.
- Description: The player name with the highest cumulative score in the “Would I Lie??” game on YouTube (@GigGameCorp) for the month of April 2025 will receive $1,000.
- How To Participate: Keep using the same player name and number each time you play. We'll automatically track your score across the month—no extra steps needed!
B. $250 Top 2 Best Selfie “What Was That?!” Moment Contest
- Promotion Period: Begins at 12:00 AM ET on April 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2025.
- Description: Participants submit a selfie capturing their most memorable reaction while playing “Would I Lie??”. One winning submission will receive $250.
- How To Participate: Upload your selfie and tag Gig Game on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or Instagram—social links are in the footer of this page. You can also drop a link in the YouTube comments. We’ll pick one personal favorite, and the other based on likes and community feedback—so don’t forget to share it around! To enter without playing, email your selfie and contact info to support@gig.game.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate either Promotion at any time, including extending or shortening Promotion Periods, without prior notice.
3. ELIGIBILITY
- Age Requirement: Open to legal residents of jurisdictions where such contests are not prohibited by law, who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is older) at the time of entry.
- Void Where Prohibited: These Promotions are void in any country, state, or province where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Ineligible Entities: Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win these Promotions. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
5. HOW TO ENTER
A. How to Enter the $1,000 Challenge
- Play “Would I Lie??”: Access the live-streamed AI-hosted game show on YouTube (@GigGameCorp).
- Registration: When prompted, scan the on-screen QR code or click the link in the video description to register for gameplay on your mobile device or computer.
- Accumulate Points: Correctly identify lies vs. truths from the AI hosts. Your score updates automatically throughout the month.
- Automatic Entry: Every eligible participant automatically enters by playing and accumulating points.
B. How to Enter the $250 Best Selfie “What Was That?!” Moment Contest
- Play “Would I Lie??”: During the live stream on YouTube (@GigGameCorp).
- Capture Your Reaction: Take a selfie during your most surprising or unbelievable in-game moment (e.g., a shocking AI lie, a leaderboard upset, or an unexpected interaction).
- Post to Social Media: Share the selfie on your public social media account using the hashtag #WouldILieGame and tagging @GigGameCorp.
- Multiple Entries: You may submit multiple selfies, but only one final submission per social media platform will be considered.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other errors.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
A. $1,000 Challenge Winner
- Determination: The participant with the highest total score in the “Would I Lie??” game from April 1, 2025, through April 30, 2025, will be deemed the potential winner. In the event of a tie, Sponsor will use a tiebreaker round or random selection among tied participants.
- Notification: The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided at registration (e.g., email). The potential winner must respond within [72 hours] or the prize may be forfeited, and Sponsor may select the next highest-scoring participant.
B. $250 Best Selfie “What Was That?!” Moment Winner
- Judging: Sponsor (or a panel of judges appointed by Sponsor) will review all eligible entries submitted by April 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Criteria may include creativity, humor, and overall reaction.
- Notification: Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via direct message on the social media platform used for submission. If the potential winner does not respond within [72 hours], Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. PRIZE DETAILS
- $1,000 Challenge Prize: One (1) prize of $1,000 (USD).
- $250 Best Selfie Prize: One (1) prize of $250 (USD).
- Prize Fulfillment: Winners must provide valid shipping or banking details for prize transfer. Delivery method (check, bank transfer, gift card, etc.) is at Sponsor’s discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- No Substitution: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
8. LICENSE & PUBLICITY RELEASE
By submitting photos, videos, or other content (“Submission”), you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display the Submission in any media now known or hereafter developed, for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and/or a publicity release allowing Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and Submission for advertising and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Compliance with Law: Participation in these Promotions is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotions, or acting in violation of these Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- Force Majeure: Sponsor is not liable if any Promotion cannot take place or if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions resulting from acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, or any other similar event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, and employees (“Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotions or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) lost, late, postagedue, or misdirected entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property.
11. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected by Sponsor in connection with these Promotions will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and may be shared with third parties assisting in the administration of the Promotions. You consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data for these purposes.
12. RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR CANCEL
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotions (or any part of them) at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotions.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Promotions and the Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be heard solely in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and participants expressly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
14. WINNER’S LIST
To request a list of winners, send a written request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address noted above within 60 days after the end of the Promotion Period. Residents of Vermont and other jurisdictions that prohibit SASE usage may omit postage.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any term or provision of these Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, AND A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING.
